Thank you for your comments, we are pleased to hear you like the flexibility that OPEN Health gives around working from home, this allows flexibility both ways so that you can manage your home life priorities but are also then able to meet the needs of the business. We are going through growth and change, naturally that means there will be busier times. Lovely people and environment, flexible working, good variety of work and challenges.

Cons

Take far too much work on for the staff so poor workload balance that impacts work-life balance. Put too much on staff and are restructuring to a bottom heavy model. Progression seems subjective and inconsistent too. No or little onboarding time.
