      OPEN Heath is a rewarding place to work; management cares about employees, evidenced by the many opportunities for employee development as well as their attention to employee satisfaction and feedback. Projects are interesting, though can be challenging, and project directors are available for guidance. There are opportunities to publish and/or present your work.

      Cons

      It's consulting - you're not guaranteed a 40-hour work week and can be at the whim of your client's demands. Not a position that you can coast through.

      Overworked. They say you can only charge 40 hours/week but projects take much more time. It’s expected to have 100-120% of your time devoted to projects. Pay isn’t enough for the amount of work expected.
