- I have been at OPEN Health for around 6 years now and I have worked with some incredible, inspirational people that have supported my growth - OPEN Health is about it's people and it's evident in everything they do i.e. they have an open forum that allows teams to speak directly with the senior team - A fun place to work - Great career progression opportunities

Cons

- Not really a con, but a face paced environment juggling multiple priorities so may not be suitable for someone that prefers a laid back setting

The people are friendly and always willing to help Easy access to eeveryone even the top managament staff You learn a lot in a short time

Cons

There are days you will have long working hours and also have to work on weekends to meet a deadline. Heavy workload Working on the same type of project can get boring and demotivating

Great teams within the COE, work life balance if superb, benefits are also great and people who work there actually care about what they are delivering

Cons

Pay is often not competitive, help keep people by increasing wages rather than them threatening until they get or pressured to provide
