Had to work 1.5 years as a temp before they converted me over. The first 11 months I was there had perfect attendance so that wasn't a factor.
HR was about the worst I have ever experienced at a company. They keep bringing in managers who had no Idea how a molding department was supposed to be run. The last one actually tried to implement a break schedule were we all went to break at the same time. Yea they put a dude in charge that wanted to shut all the molding machines down every 2 hours for a 10 minute break, how he even got through the front door still confuses me still. I was threatened by another employee who wouldn't remain at his machine and caused mad downtime and when i reported it they punished me and rewarded him. They do not promote from within.
