Pros

Good pay, benefits, and policies. Most departments in the Auto Inergy division are run extremely well.

Cons

Some upper management (director level) are incredibly unprofessional and completely lack people skills. Firing people simply because they aren't a "yes-man/woman" is not healthy for the workplace, but it's something the company turns a blind eye too.

Great hours and base pay. Averaged about 56 hours a week.

Cons

Mandatory overtime, but lends itself to make more money as a result. Sundays are double-time too assuming it's your 7th work day that week.
