Pros
The benefits are better than any other government contractor in the area. The pay is great for the area but not the best for comparable government contractors in the area.
Cons
Management is a little delusional. Our employees are really overworked at the moment, taking on responsibilities from the people who have left, and the managers are like “we don’t understand why”. You should be able to handle the three jobs you’re covering and no, we aren’t going to pay you all three salaries, be a team player.
