Pros

Freedom to work on cool things and choose the technologies you want to use.

Cons

The pay and benefits are the tradeoff. Often times you need to implement work and do research, and it can be impossible to do both.

Pros

Most of the people are like family and really care about you and your well-being. We have great health insurance.

Cons

Leave policy used to be great but now that it’s “PTO,” you feel punished to be sick. A lot of the policies are left over from the old days and need to be brought into the future to attract new innovation and business.

Pros

sleeping is possible most of the time. lots of meetings to waist your time in.

Cons

Years go by and your soul slowly leaves you as you realize you should have moved and didn't. Slow death, no progress government funded funnel with no real purpose.
