Pros

They work with you to find the best location for your skills and ensure that their staff assists you as much as possible when starting at any of their locations to ensure a great start to a potential career.

Cons

With changes in their partner programs, sometimes staff does have to take some time to research policies and procedures to ensure that all ethics and standards are met. This can take time and delay any start dates for applicants.

Pros

Work is focused on scientific discovery and innovation. Everyday you felt you had a purpose and were working towards something significant. Always interesting speakers coming through to give talks.

Cons

Funding largely tied to the government. This can lead to some instability when there is turmoil in Washington. A good amount of time spent working on the 'next' proposal in your off time.
