Pros

- Good Pay - Simple Job

Cons

- Management unprofessional - loud, obnoxious, looks like they rolled out of bed. Wear sweatshirts, jeans and sandals to work. - Say one thing and do another. - Employees hardly speak to each other, very older generation. - No room for growth.

Pros

The company treats their employees like real people. All layers of management encourage employees to grow as professionals as well as allowing time for personal growth. Flexible scheduling allows employees to balance their work and personal lives. Upper management seems genuinely interested in the ideas and opinions of recent hires.

Cons

As with most companies, the organization is broken into separate kingdoms. There isn't a ton of participation between the various organizational units and cross-training between the units is next to impossible. Progress is being made, but there is still a lot of "we've always done it this way?"
