Pros

The corporate structure is there to make for an excellent job. Just avoid the IT department at all costs.

Cons

Many employees in the IT department have been there for many years and have no other career options. They plan to retire there. There is a tremendous amount of politics and backstabbing that you go through on a daily basis. Nepotism and cronyism run rampant. Terrible architecture. The department does it's best to not work at all.
