Benefits are good, especially when comparing to other companies in the East Tennessee region. Opportuntiies for advancement. Tuition reimbursement Push for certified PMPs with paid internal and external training and testing Fair policies enforced Hiring diverse staff Office environment is good. Co-workers are smart and motivated.

Cons

Management will not make decisions. Issues don't get resolved. Actions morph into reactions.

Great opportunity. I was able to learn a lot of applicable experience that I will definitely be able to utilize to further my career. Facilities were one of a kind (SNS) with great a environment and individuals. World class individuals and projects.

Cons

Expected problems working with government/unionized organization: unable to perform simple tasks like moving monitors etc., slow work process.
