Pros

There are a lot of great things about ORAU: Pay & Benefits, People, Atmosphere, Senior Management. The projects are exciting to work on and you can see your contribution to society. ORAU does a lot to give back to the community. The advancement potential is there and will be really great in the next 5-10 years.

Cons

Management directives not implemented consistently. The company is a good steward of government funds and can err on the side of extreme caution as a results.

Pros

The only real Pros are not ORAU at all. It is all ORNL that is good.

Cons

The HR people are lousy and semi-incompetent. The payroll people are worthless and stuck in the previous century. The travel people are slow as molasses and secretive. Zero communication with employees and zero oversight of the programs.
