      Pros

      ORNL FCU is a great place to work. It's not perfect and we have room for growth in several areas, but we have some great leaders in place that have employees and our members at heart. Employees are valued and encouraged to grow their career here.

      Pros

      ORNL FCU offers a strong foundation for building a meaningful career. The organization supports continued education through financial assistance and provides clear pathways for leadership development. Compensation is competitive for the region and regularly reviewed for adjustments. Employees enjoy excellent benefits, including fully paid individual health insurance, generous time-off policies, and access to a wide range of discounts. Many employees also get to work remotely which allows for a great work/life balance.

      Pros

      This company has lots of room for growth opportunities, and benefits are ever changing in a positive way. The culture is very forgiving and fun and the strong community ties are a reason I love this place. I’ve seen this company grow and shift a lot over the last handful of years and I’m proud of the direction we are heading.

      Cons

      Experiences within the credit union are very subjective person to person. I would love to see more leadership training and development so that we could see a more consistent employee experience.
