      Stable organization, strong commitment to membership, excellent benefits, competitive pay, opportunities for growth and professional development, good culture surrounding work/life balance, and strong and supportive coworkers.

      Cons

      Executive leadership can feel somewhat distant, with limited visibility into day-to-day challenges. Processes and procedures feel rigid with very limited flexibility.

      Pros

      This is the first place I've ever worked that actually wants you to use your PTO and offers different types! I love the members I work with, and I love my coworkers the most. I come to work every single day with the mindset of doing better than yesterday. I'm happy to have found my career.

      Cons

      The only con that I truly have, would be some management styles don't always follow the policies that are in place. Causing a divide in some areas.
