-Great atmosphere and great people to work with. - CEO/ upper management really care about the employees -Everyone is really nice and WANT to see you succeed.

Cons

-lack of career opportunity due to people being there for years. -NO incentives for going the extra mile other than a good job.

I found some of the best coworkers and friends, and the benefits were decent.

Cons

Management continually ignores problems when they arise. The pay was not competitive with other credit unions in the Knoxville area. Treated as replaceable and did not value long term employees.
