      Pros

      The team I work with are phenomenal, too bad other areas of the credit union are not as good.

      Cons

      The pettiness of upper management is so unprofessional. Recent promotion were not based on merit of any kind. Apparently you can be promoted by going to lunch with upper management. People are placed in positions where they do not posses the skill to perform the basic job duties. But these "managers" are making decisions that affect the entire credit union.

      Pros

      I'm glad I finally have a job that I look forward to each morning. My department is amazing and I can count on them for anything. Everyone is very inspiring and encourages each other to do their best work. We have a lot of fun and get to participate in a lot of company activities you wouldn't get to elsewhere. The benefits are wonderful. I came from a place that didn't invest in their employees, coming to ORNL FCU has been like night and day. I love it here and can't wait to continue to grow with this credit union.

      Cons

      For my specific position, there is some travel that can be inconvenient at times. But, they reimburse you for mileage, and sometimes I love being able to getaway from the office. I wouldn't say there are a lot of cons working here.
