The organization provides outstanding opportunities to learn, grow, and advance. ORNL Federal Credit Union has an exceptional employee-first culture with very high employee engagement. I am consistently made to feel valued and included, knowing that I—along with more than 500 other engaged and happy employees—contribute meaningfully to the success of the organization. The benefits are excellent, and the leadership is outstanding, particularly at the executive level. My chief leader is truly among the best in the credit union industry. After 19 years in my career with the Credit Union, I am living proof that meaningful career advancement is absolutely possible at ORNL FCU.

Cons

I can't think of a single one. It's rare in today's job market to find a career that you wake up excited to go to work. I have that here at ORNL FCU.
