Pros

Friendly environment, Plenty of diversity in the GI department, we were family! The doctors were friendly.

Cons

I left because of low pay and bonuses. I was told I was maxed out. Although I was the only Endoscopy Tech in the whole Hospital, I also had to take calls. The RN would receive a pay raise, but not me, although we all did the same thing with patients. The only difference was that they could administer medications, which they didn't have to do because the CRNA handled that part.
