Free lunches are nice. Salaries and benefits are in line with market.

Cons

It is not a friendly environment at Corporate. A lot of stab in the back. Rewards are way below market (bonuses, 401k...). Absolutely no strategic direction for the company. No clear opportunities for people in mid management.
