The people are the best part of the job. I love who I work with and the challenges each day brings. Good support structure when you are lacking direction. Tons of opportunity to make an impact and grow. Large company but very flat organizational structure so it gives you a real "family" feel.

Cons

Location. You really need to be self motivated and need to show initiative. Very lean company and you will wear many "hats". Fast paced environment. Certain roles may not have a clear employee development/growth plan.
