As an employee for OSI Group and its subsidiaries, you are working for a company that has great goals and culture. It also comes with great perks and benefits package for all employees (hourly and salaried). A very solid leadership and senior management team.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities for hourly employees. Depending on department or field, work can be very demanding and can interfere with school or personal obligations.

People leave work relatively early. Employees are nice. Lots of opportunity for growth and making something of yourself. You can tell they are trying to modernize themselves.

Cons

For a young person, this is not the place for you at the moment. They are trying to be a big, international company without investing in the necessary tools to survive in the 21st century. The average age of employees is in the 50s, maybe 60s. "old boys club" mentality. The health benefits are okay, but profit sharing is bad. Compensation is on the low side. HR does little to nothing to keep employees involved and excited. They will lose all the young talent they worked hard to attract if they don't make any changes soon.
