Pros
supervisors be compensated for working saturday and sunday. Equipment is in decent shape. If you want to work a lot you will be able to accomplish that. If it would not be for temp to hire it would be a good place not great but good.
Cons
Company believes in temporary employee to hire. So everyday you will be training at least one new employee and most days more than one. Temps may or maynot show up. You will not haveenough people to run your line on a daily basis. Management does not show appreciation to theire supervisors enough. One employee on second shift tryies to make your life miserable and does a good job. no time for family
