Friendly staff, great physicians. Very structured.

Cons

Management too cliquey with certain staff. No room for advancement. Do not actively listen to concerns of employees, unless you are a favorite. Awful work life balance. You can be switched to go work at one of their other sites without much notification.

Cons

The lack of good management is unbearable. The equipment and processes are very outdated. A lot of trays and instruments!
