Pay was competitive with Amazon, Walmart, and other major businesses for the local business market.

Cons

- Actual Worked Hours were reduced if employee went over 40 hours into over-time. 30 minute lunch breaks were deducted from employee time even if employee didn't take a lunch. - Work schedules were usually assigned for 6 months. - Management changed majority of shifts to 32 hour per week.

Cons

They hire anyone who applies. They take no care for the personality of those they hire for customer facing positions. Some restaurants are neglected as far as supplies go.
