By far one of the worst jobs I've had, corporate is run by rich baboons basically. No one and i mean NO ONE will train you how to do anything. so each employee basically makes up their own rules for each job and no one knows what the hell they are doing. They dont enforce breaks, roaches everywhere, never put a dime into new equipment or furnishings, break safety laws constantly and food safety as well, and they expect you to learn every job possible even if you apply for a specific job like bartender. It was bad when i started two years back but now its unbearable. I only stayed for the really great friends I've made and even that isn't doing much for me anymore. PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR AND DO NOT WORK HERE ITS ONLY TROUBLE. (esp. With Tucson's already terrible work laws)

After you reach a certain point of growth, you start to see why some of the greatest mentors you had on the way up left eventually. There is no clear identity for the company so different groups operate differently than one another without facing the same consequences. As a restaurant professional, do not come here if you love the industry itself with a passion. The focus is so disjointed that you won't be able to see a project of yours truly develop. With so many bosses offering their direction, you won't be able to truly feel in charge either way.
