      WORST COMPANY I EVER WORKED FOR AFTER 25 YRS IN INDUSTRY

      Pros

      They will pay a decent starting salary because turnover is so high, they are desperate.

      Cons

      This is a terrible, soul sucking place to work. They lure people in promising high salaries, and 50 hour work week. In reality, you will work 70+ hours and upper management will call you in on your days off with no valid reason or any additional compensation. Their attitude about everything is "too bad, just do it". Expectations are crazy high, employees are not given the tools to succeed and then disciplined for it. Your bosses are being screamed at by their bosses and it just all trickles down. Everyone I started with has either been fired, or broke down and quit. Literally, in my 25 yrs in this industry, the worst run company I have ever seen.

      Full-time pay Great co-workers Some amazing managers The Ceo seems like a nice down to earth person. He won't hesitate to speak with you. Half off on food

      Cons

      Over working you Low pay They sell you hopes and dreams You do the server's job and get hourly Very disorganized Not only do you run food, you're a busser, cook, expediter, and custodian. Very high turn over rate. They don't care about your home life They run like nice when the CEO comes

      Pros

      Co-workers were very nice. Which was only a matter of luck. I really don't have much else to say that is good about this company. The managers had no control about the rules and regulations with any problems which may have occurred in the company.

      Cons

      Too many Cons to list them all!!! However the tipped employees always have had issues getting their money. I am no longer working for the company however they still owe me over $300! The money is from tips, not from the company account. We have to enter them in electronically because there are only credit card transactions. Yet they refuse to send me what is owed, because I didn't hand in my badge yet. I asked them when I agreed to this, and I couldn't get a straight answer from them other than " Look in your employee handbook" which I was never given in the first place. Extremely unorganized company. If you want to have issues getting paid work for OTG!!!
