Pros

This isn't for the faint at heart, its hard work, stressful situations and many hours, but there are those of us who thrive on just those things. After working in these locations, working back in a brick and mortar store will never been the same nor ever as challenging as I like. Long term business relationships and long term friends and family. It's a culture on its own.

Cons

Time, that's the biggest issue, everything happens yesterday and you are catching up today. Not a lot of leeway on timing.

Good salary, you will be challenged daily and you have the flexibility to be creative

Poor quality of life, culture is difficult to learn. Upper management is micro managing. There is not enough focus on the guest

There are no good reasons for working for this company.

Cons

This is a terrible job. And horrible place to try to start your career. You will be fired for no logical reason at all this the first place where i had to fire my boss.
