It is good pay for what little you have to do .. more than anything have good customer service and answer your questions

Cons

you can not sit down, it is necessary to be 8 hours standing, and right not stuck to the wall to rest, you can not use the mobile while other employees do. There is a lot of favoritism between managers and some employees, even other employees believe that they can send as if they were a manager. Your feet and legs swell up for so many hours standing, you can escape to the bathroom and sit for 10 seconds and return.

Shelbie Silberbauer was my 1st point of contact. She was very helpful and courteous. Maricarmen the HR manager was very prompt to responding to emails. Al has a great vision for the future of the company! Great growth potential and opportunities. Great concepts, this isn't chillis people! Well executed and food presentation is tip notch.

Cons

The initial process takes some time as the screening process is extensive, but expected. Not a traditional restaurant, TSA badging process takes about a week or two.
