Because of my seniority I get the schedule I want.

Cons

Managers don't recognize your work. They rarely promote anyone and they do not give raises. I have been here for over 6 years and I have never got promoted even though they give me certificates of how good of a worker I am.

Pros

Decent amount of hours. There is a decent number of good people who actually make the work day pass faster.

Cons

Very disorganised. A lot of people on all levels just do not know what they're doing. Often understaffed so rushes are frustrating and overwhelming. High turnover rate. Worked at a bakery/cafe but often there was never enough baked goods/coffee in the unit.
