      FOR A FULL DISCRIPTION OF MY EXPERIENCE AND REVIEW CHECK MY REVIEW ON YOUTUBE: AN OTG EXPERIENCE / WHY I GOT FIRED Full of politics and secrets [ if they don't like you they will make up anything to fire you] Corrupt managers [All managers in Terminal 3 are shady and petty] Managers don't care about your well-being even if you think they do, its an act. When rought times come around they will put the blame on the regular staff to look good for their bosses. The directors and HR are not neutral. If you ever raise your opinions and frustrations you are targeted and will penalize you directly or indirectly. Be prepared for made up write ups. Be prepared to get suspended or fired for no reason. Be prepared to perform intense and hard job duties you don't get paid for. Be prepared to vacuum the airport hold rooms even though it's the airport's duty . The directors don't care and will force managers to force you to vacuum for no extra pay. Be prepared to wash all dishes including those from the kitchen. Be prepared to get sick from all the debris and dirt that falls in the ice box. A lot of harassment . The UFCW local 206 union that represents you guys is garbage [ vote them out when you get a chance ] The benefits are a joke!!! HR is very malicious and don't care and wont look into your complaints. They will always side with the managers regardless if you're right or wrong.
