Free food shopping and high turn over rate (resignations) means you have to be pretty awful to get fired.

Cons

where should i start? Management sucks and dont care unless Rick, the owner, is around. Staff doesnt care about food or customer unless its V.I.P.s coming around. No benefits no future no real management. They try to act like a serious company but everyone goofs n plays around like a summer intern job. I only stayed cause the job market was so bad at the time. THANK GOD IM OUT!!!!!!!!!

Free food sometimes. And weekly pay.

Cons

Money missing from paycheck, forgetful and unreliable HR, lazy and hopeless management, some managers make up their own policies as they go, some will give you free food, some won't because they don't get laid enough, employees will not be fired for sexual harassment, you will never be clocked out of work on time, constant register problems, retarded stock boys, retarded customers, and did I mention lazy and hopeless managers? All this for 8 an hour.

The crew becomes a little family, TSA is friendly, and you start building a relationship with frequent flyers.

Cons

where do i start?! Oh yea, this place is a joke now! Always out of product, upper management starts a "project" but NEVER finishes, FAVORITISM, favoritism, favoritism, again upper management isnt concerned about the crews needs, always in the restaurants eating, along with their family and friends. How can anyone take someone professional if you're fooling around with staff and "mysteriously " this person becomes/ starts acting like a superior.
