Pros
Co-workers were very nice. Which was only a matter of luck. I really don't have much else to say that is good about this company. The managers had no control about the rules and regulations with any problems which may have occurred in the company.
Cons
Too many Cons to list them all!!! However the tipped employees always have had issues getting their money. I am no longer working for the company however they still owe me over $300! The money is from tips, not from the company account. We have to enter them in electronically because there are only credit card transactions. Yet they refuse to send me what is owed, because I didn't hand in my badge yet. I asked them when I agreed to this, and I couldn't get a straight answer from them other than " Look in your employee handbook" which I was never given in the first place. Extremely unorganized company. If you want to have issues getting paid work for OTG!!!
