      They pay more and give you free food

      Cons

      They build a case and throw you out after they get the information from you. Career growth is zero path. They do not know what they are doing. It's a disorganized team.

      Pros

      There are some really good people here. But they end up leaving because the culture here is so poisonous. There is free food for management, however the conditions in which it is prepared are questionable at best.

      Cons

      The culture in this company is morbid. You will hate waking up to come to this place in the morning. OTG Management is truly for the masochists. HR is corrupt and useless. They don't give you the tools you need to do your job, yet set high expectations. Everyone is afraid of losing their jobs and the VPs seem to feed off that energy. There is no work life balance, everyone is miserable. The hourly crew and managers are worked like dogs until they quit or are fired. Stay away from this company. You'll be better off for it.

      Pros

      I worked in OTG in the tech department under Shaun Liboon. I was able to acquire many important skills, and grew in my personal life as a result of the input from the managerial staff.

      Cons

      Simply, there is no work life balance. If I was paid by the hour rather than salary I would be making a seven figure salary. The workload is not always fulfilling and as a result there is a reputation of the company being a revolving door.
