Pros

The pay is above industry standard, but that is because you are working in an airport which is a challenge in and of itself. The crew you work with are generally good people. I've made great relationships with my peers. Although cliche, there is a ton of opportunity for the right person. Need a lot of hard work and dedication and you will be rewarded. The company is expanding at a breakneck pace (see cons) The crew member bonus program is unique and progressive.

Cons

Long hours, worked like dogs, expected to do so much with so little. facilities are constructed haphazardly. Upper management is creating a facade of a strong company by hiring big wigs from Fortune 500 companies and adding them to our company "portfolio" who in earnest don't do much besides get cool titles and sit in offices in New York. So much attention focused on certain airports and so little attention paid to others. It would be nice to get some of those corporate ideas down here. With the expansion happening with the company the inevitable growing pains are going to occur: communication breakdown, scheduling frustrations, uber ridiculously high expectations, short staffing etc, but if you can get through it the company is worth your time. Only the strong survive here

Pros

only good part was the pay. that was it. not much else. very few coworkers make you feel welcome.

Cons

the managers are terrible. they talk down to you and make you feel like crap. it seriously brought down my self esteem. they would also make you work at 3am even when you say you have no transportation of getting there and no other coworkers who have their own car will take your shift. coworkers were also very unprofessional (would openly talk about drug use in front of customers). managers would also make you leave early or stay late (kind of a downer if you have a social life because you will never know the exact time you leave work) managers were also a bit racist and did not even care about you. all the coworkers in terminal 3 did not make me feel welcome.. they would give you dirty looks and not even introduce themselves.
