Upper management does not have the basic qualification to be a senior. They do not understand anything about leadership and hospitality.

Pros

Meet lots of new ppl at the airport, and the company is huge so you make lots of friends with the co-workers. Discount on food and there’s always overtime and shifts to pick up because the airport runs 24/7. Also nice to be able to work at various different restaurants.

Cons

The management is horrible. They were racial, and had favourites so there wasn’t fair treatment. They were always missing when you needed them to assist with any issues. The was a few good managers but not a lot.
