Fast Paced- On the Go

Pros

Growing company, fast paced environment. Lots of room to do a lot and be a part of something big. Lots of smart and innovative people around all of the time.

Cons

Must understand that with fast growing companies, things get off the ground quickly, and you must be able and flexible with change.

Pros

At the airport you get to meet a lot of people. Flexible enough with scheduling. Met awesome upper mgmt; I was even requested to serve them in meetings in DCA.

Cons

Mgmt doesn't like to hear complaints. If you have a customer who wants to talk to mgmt they do everything they can to avoid talking to that person. Place inexperienced people in mgmt positions with no experience in the industry. Threaten to write you up for going to mgmt with work related issues.
