Horrible company to work for, instead of giving us hardworking employees a promotion they hire a new manager who does not know what they are doing . They don't appreciate us hard working employees at all . They treat us like animals, and treat us like peasants . They are a few good managers but those managers will never stand up for you . Managers walk around and do nothing but stay on their phones and look for stupid reasons to fire employees . Work overtime but never gets paid for the overtime you worked. On busy days your left to work by yourself, never enough products or co workers . No raises or bonuses. They don't believe in employees getting sick or having family issues . This company is very unorganized and very disrespectful . Iwas so embarrassed working for this company. I don't tell people I work for otg . I can't wait to leave next month and start with United airlines .

Long Hours always understaffed working in airports is a little time consuming when getting to work especially if you take the shuttle from the employee parking lot to the terminal.
