Dead easy job. All you need is a positive friendly attitude and the ability to clean up after messy people. Great tips for doing a dead easy job. Fun meeting people from all over the world

Cons

Unionized - which means weird shift bid policies, your shifts and locations this month can change next month - hard to plan around this especially if you have family commitments You need to actually work - this is too much for some co-workers to handle (greet guests, wash dishes, bus tables, sweep up disgusting messes). If you don't like to hustle around and clean up after people, this is not a good job for you. HR department is not well informed - some info I was told on hiring is not accurate
