The managers change frequently so it is bad to get notice and get promotion

Lacks the tools to succeed and leaves hourly's to scramble frantically to 'get-by', management was either turning a blind eye, playing favoritism, allowing loafing or they were under-trained, over-paid position fillers who couldn't tell you what 86'd meant, or they were rude, snotty, intimidating I'm-better-than-you dominant pushing attitudes! No benefits for the masses of hard working hourly's. No assistance with the sky-rocket parking fee (one of the only companies at MSP that do not contribute for hourly's). Empty promises for advancement. Allowing management to skate by on serious sexual harassment and emotional abuse incidents, allowing managers to wrongfully terminate hard-working employees just because they had their ego's rightfully nudged.
