Pros

The best part about working at OTG is the employees there. They are anazing. They honestly make coming to work easier to deal with and fun. Scheduling is pretty flexible and for the most part you always have someone willing to cover your shift (as long as it's not on the weekend)

Cons

The managers are HORRIBLE !!! Save for a few good ones and even those ones like to play favourites so they have their select few that they like and treat amazing and the others they could care less about if they stay or quit. Managers are also at a high turnover rate so you always have some next no it all coming in trying to tell everyone what to do. Like just get to know your employees a bit more before you start bossing them around. They delays are the worst as if you are scheduled till 12 and there's a delay be prepared to stay till that flight leaves. (Even if that's 3am)

Pros

- the money was GOOD ! - able to meet new people of various cultures and backgrounds (located in the airport)

Cons

- THE HOURS and sheer lack of regard for employees other obligations - unorganized - management was unfair and showed ridiculous favouritism - always missing necessary things for a restaurant (menu items, cutlery, napkins, straws, manager etc) - paying for airport parking
