Pros

money is decent and its the airport and thus not the same people on a day to day base.

Cons

long hours and bad work conditions. Management does like to spend money to fix things the right way. Buddy system

Pros

The staff at the Newark Liberty Airport was friendly. They welcomed new employees easily.

Cons

The management was strict. They demanded a lot from the employees (unexpected changes in shifts, not flexible with hours, even though I mentioned before being hired that I go to school).
