      Lots of locations, I guess?

      Cons

      No training, they’re really rough on managers, so good ones leave quick. Looots of turnover? Because nobody wants to stay with them.

      Pros

      Not very physically demanding other than lots of walking and standing. (Great exercise) Still a rather new company and growing, so career growth potential is high.

      Cons

      The pay is not very competitive for the amount of time and work expected. The company spends an overwhelming amount of time focused on the restaurant part of the business and very little on Retail which has so much opportunity and upside if they allow it to be managed.
