If you work hard or love The service industry this place will kill it for you. Upper management is there merely to manage chaos. The terminal directors are there purely 2 assuage any issues the staff has by allowing you to feel heard. Nothing will change and everyone I've talked to this works for OTG for more than a year says that no matter the concept it's all disorganized chaos. it's so difficult to get new employees that they are always understaffed.the pay does not reflect the amount of work that you do if you are unfortunate enough to be the only one with work ethic. a large majority of the management team is not properly trained nor do they have any idea of what it is they are supposed to be doing or what you are supposed to be doing. If you are bothered by being out of supplies, equipment being in disrepair, and not being supplied the proper uniform you were required to wear then this company is not for you. not to mention the added pain in the butt of paying for your own parking, going through security every day, and having a point system for attendance that is only regulated when the managers feel like it.
