•Friendly coworkers •Free/discounted food I can’t really think of any other pros besides these two.

Cons

•Overtime isn’t rewarded and your hours are changed sometimes •Hours can be very long •Management is beyond awful •Employees have to go through TSA to get to work so you force yourself to come to work an hour early in case lines are long •It’s hard to get paid time off •Not being able to balance work and personal life •Break is too short *If you’re a student working with OTG, I suggest you make it temporary. There are better options

Cons

Management is horrible, unreliable, they favor their buddies, lack of communication is unreal. The hours are bad, 4:30am shifts, forget it.
