OTG Management reviews

OTG that fill in the open position at the airport does not care about you as a person. Their policy is you will get fired if you have to reschedule your badge pickup more then twice but this whas not my fault. I was told to do an appeal with HR I guess no one can read in that department because they said they would put me in an orientation class and I had to remind the lady by email, (instead of picking up the phone and calling to hear my appeal) about picking up my badge then she comes back to tell me about the same cause I'm doing an appeal. What I will do is let everyone know OTG is not the company to work for. Plus I'm a waitress so the word will spread faster then OTG management will give a freak

Upper management had no real grasp on the issues at hand.
