      Pros

      Manager doesn’t hound you. A lot of down time. Pay every week.

      Cons

      No overtime , unprofessional managers, you have to do everything mostly by yourself. New Management doesn’t help.

      Pay, however, working 12 hours a day brings down the rate that you were promised. Work life balance doesnt exist.

      working 12 hours a day brings down the rate that you were promised. Work life balance doesnt exist. No option to change the menu...you must go through senior management for approval, then, to corporate, etc. NO career advancement unless you start at the bottom.
