Pros

The only pros are you have Friday's and Saturday's off if you are overnight staff. Other than that it's all down hill.

Cons

There are no benefits! All the managers there will be pretentious snakes that will never make a complaint to your face, and will instead take pictures of you or your work and send it to higher up management to get you fired or in trouble. Contrarily they will never acknowledge the work you actually do, and complain as if you do nothing. They will blame you for things you cannot control at a time you aren't even working! Orientation for this company is a wonderfully crafted smoke screen that makes the company seem prestigious and that career advancement is an absolute guarantee. What they do not mention, is that if you are a woman, you will either have to have sex or flirt your butt off with a manager to receive a promotion or favoritism. If you are a man, you can have absolutely no leadership skills nor are you allowed to say, "no" to illegal, unethical or even self endangering practices. Essentially, you must kiss butt until your lips are chapped, and be a yes man. They will write you up (kind of like high school) by sitting you down in the office with 3 witnesses without explaining why the 3 of them are there, and slide you paper work to sign (that you can lawfully refuse to sign, but they won't tell you that) if you call out any days. Doesn't matter if you call out 3 hours in advance you will be written up. Your job title will not matter, and you will be asked to everything, for everyone and are expected to say yes, no matter how much your work load has been filled up already. They will claim that you signed a contract saying they can ask you to do "anything", and abuse that clause until you eventually end up saying, "I quit". OTG management wants weak minded individuals who will not stand up for themselves or anyone else. You cannot last there if you are a fighter at heart.

Pros

There are no pros. None.

Cons

They work you to death and don't appreciate it, but they pretend like they do. I would give it zero stars if that were an option. This is a horrible company. Don't work there.
