Poor management, favoritism, Union doesn't help much, you have to be on top of them. Poorly run restaurants, always cutting corners. Schedules are always a problem. Seniority means nothing anymore. Human Resources is a joke, they always have an attitude, are unapproachable, side with management every time, and embody all that is the opposite of what I thought HR was supposed to be. iPad only ordering. Good luck when the system goes down. Customers hate them. We get paid in checks now, no more cash tips. I could go on.
