Pros

Company is the industry leader and innovative.

Cons

Negative work environment- Managers come in optimistic and within 3-4 months of service, their attitudes complete change. Substandard leadership and no transparency. There's also inequity throughout the company

Pros

You get to meet a lot of great employees and wonderful customers.

Cons

Lunch is expensive, managers don't care about the workers upper management can careless about anything you do. HR is just as bad they don't even help you you can complain about managers all you want hr does nothing then managers are out to fire you. managers are very rude they will say "you know we can get rid of you and hire someone else that easily" managers are very unprofessional using profanity embarrassing us in front of customers making us feel like low life's

Pros

good money the normal perks..401k, insurance etc vacations accrued but doesnt mean you can take them all the time.

Cons

poor upper management and disconnect between employees. no one cares about anyone else. just bottom dollar.
