Pros

- full time benefits after 3 months - 75% off staff discount before, during or after shift - weekly paycheques including tips - meeting different people everyday at the airport - unionized company

Cons

- long hours; max 10 hours for FT or 8 hours PT - no social freedom - shift bids are based on seniority - difficult to move up in level of seniority due to workers staying

Pros

I enjoy working with my team everyday especially Nicole Welsh, working with her makes my day very easy going. Kyla Collins our Airport Director is a great person, she takes her time and listen to her team and crewmembers need.

Cons

Being the only Canadian Airport, I wish we had more of our own departments
